Tim Tyler has guided the Borroughs Corporation as President of the company for over two decades. He previously served as President of the Tyler Supply Company for 15 years, and was also an engineer for Caterpillar Tractor.

With over twenty years at Borroughs, Zac Sweetland has significantly shaped the company’s success. Starting as Midwest Regional Manager, he gained a deep understanding of customer needs, advancing to Vice President of Sales and Marketing, where he drove growth and innovation. As Executive Vice President, Zac streamlined operations and fostered collaboration. Now, as President, he is dedicated to upholding Borroughs’ legacy of American craftsmanship and leading the company into its next chapter.

Teresa Kelley is responsible for overseeing Borroughs' financial operations and leading the company's operational strategy. She joined the Borroughs team in 2015 as a Plant Controller and was promoted to VP of Finance in 2017. Teresa holds an MBA in Accounting from Baker College and brings extensive experience in operational accounting within the manufacturing and distribution sectors. In her role as COO, she guides Borroughs' long-term goals, driving innovation and ensuring operational excellence across the organization.

For over 20 years, Ricky has played a major role in the success of Borroughs business. He joined the team as a Regional Manager at our Dallas location until becoming our Vice President of Sales.

Kai has been an integral part of the Borroughs IT department since 1998, and brings a plethora of IT knowledge to Borroughs Corporation.

Evan joined Borroughs in 2022 as Director of Inventory, and was promoted to VP of Manufacturing in 2023. He continues to improve our operations with his hands-on approach to leadership.

Dale is responsible for leading the functions of product engineering, new product development, design, manufacturing, engineering, testing and quality control initiatives.

Erin is responsible for handling Borroughs’ human resources and wellness programs. Erin brings a can-do attitude and assists each and every employee with their knowledge of Borroughs’ culture and practices.

As the Director of Marketing at Borroughs, Cassandra leads the development and execution of marketing strategies that drive growth, lead generation, and brand visibility. In addition to overseeing digital and traditional campaigns, she manages and mentors a talented marketing team, fostering collaboration and innovation. From Google Ads to content creation and social media, Cassandra ensures every initiative is optimized for performance and aligned with Borroughs' goals. Cassandra collaborates across teams to ensure consistency in messaging, from trade shows to public relations, all while promoting Borroughs’ commitment to American-made quality and innovation. With a passion for enhancing Borroughs’ presence across platforms, she plays a key role in shaping the company's growth and long-term success.
